It's always kinda nice to find out you've been doin' at least one thing right and that "one thing" we've been doing is: Keyword optimizing our page titles. Every page!
I'm saying confirmed, because this was discussed (in depth) by some heavy hitters during John Reese's Traffic Secrets seminar.
Title tags are one of the most important factors for your web page's search engine positioning. It's estimated that between 30 and 50 percent of all web pages have the wrong page titles for their content or no title at all. What a waste of prime real estate.
